Naimish has over 25 years of experience in leading operations, projects, customer support, revenue & retention, business development, network planning and staff in consumer durable and DTH Industry. He joined Dish Infra Service since 2017 and his responsibilities include leading service strategic and organizational system-wide initiatives, overseeing customer support team of 16 Circles, 223 direct service center. He is also leading India’s Field Service Operation for subsidiary of reputed media group Zee TV and newly merged entity (dish TV and d2h India Limited). He manages implementation of variable pay strategy which increased productivity, improved employee satisfaction, and increased service revenue. He overseas merger of both brand (d2h and DTIL), prepare roadmap and integration of service operation, and transform service operation of Dish TV from franchisee. His key achievements include reducing administration and decreasing distribution costs by converting outdated paper based recharge vouchers to the Stateof- the-art PCS (Payment Collection System) with network expansion of 2.00L Dealers at Videocon d2h Limited. As Project Head, he supervised cross-functional teams to overhaul recurring processes and modernize antiquated tracking system to Mobile Application Geo Tracking at Videocon d2h Limited. He led multi-functional teams in development of Android application for Dealer/Self Service, resulting in decreased cost of inbound calls and telecom. A Project Leader for ‘Customer External Processes’ and ‘Task Force’ at dish TV India limited. He led companywide initiatives that generated awards such as “CEO Cash Award’’, “MD Award’’, “Pinnacle Award’’, “Best Circle’’, “Early Bird Reward’’ at various places of employment. Previous responsibilities include heading the field service operations of India with Videocon (2008-2017), heading the service, customer support for West India with Dish TV India (2016-2017), managing service for a branch with LG Electronics India (2014-2016), heading service for a branch with Whirlpool India (1998-2014).
