Pascal Lancelot leads the Service Business of SCHINDLER, leader in the Elevator and escalator Industry. SCHINDLER’s headquarters are located in Ebikon – Switzerland. SCHINDLER company is active worldwide and Pascal responsibility includes all Schindler subsidiaries. SCHINLDER Service Business in Asia is growing double digits.

Pascal has worked in service industries for over 30 years, involved in all aspects of technical equipments in buildings (new installation, service, modernization) and developed flexible offerings to address the high variety of customer needs. The Service in Elevator and Escalator industry has introduced digitized applications for more than 20 years. Pascal is heading the digital Think Tank of French Lift Association and participates to Digitization and Cybersecurity working commitees at ELA and ISO.
