Carole Lebraud

Carole Lebraud is currently Head of Services Operations Centre for Schneider Electric Australia and based in Sydney.

Carole has 9 years’ experience managing Supply Chain transformation projects for Schneider Electric in France and Singapore across Transport, Customs and Spare Parts Supply Chain. Following this, Carole joined Schneider Electric Australia to deploy the Spare Parts Supply Chain for their Field Services business.

With a passion for Field Services execution and Operations Excellence, Carole took leadership of the Services Operations Centre which consists of both the Planning and Back Office functions as well as Digital support and Operations Excellence.

In her current role Carole manages both Operations execution scheduling for Critical Power, Cooling, Drives, and Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Solutions for Australia nationally, as well as continuous improvements projects and deployment of new Field tools.
