Dario Samarzija

Dario is heading the technical support team for EMEA. He has a team in Asia - 4 people in Sydney. 

He is managing the technical point of contact for questions, proactively reviewing, monitoring and improving the service levels; a KCS Coach/Mentor, reinforcing knowledge guidelines and best practices, mentoring new starters, providing  guidance and assistance where needed, develops, monitor and report on operational metrics daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly, proactively review, monitor and improve the service levels, identify individual team member knowledge and skills gaps and suggest and help develop subsequent appropriate training and mentoring and fill in for regional manager when they are out of office (supervising team, assigning tasks, checking work, maintain schedules, point of escalation)
