Flora is part of the service process innovation team, whose main responsibility is to make the IT global blueprint based on the overseas service business strategy to support different business operation teams to meet their target,  which covers  call center interactions, field service, spare parts supply chain…etc. 

They deploy system functions together with  outputting overseas service processes benchmark and recognize  demands from subsidiary companies.
