Gaurav manages an extended Global Service Management team, agreeing, driving delivery and applying a wide management capability including the setting of objectives. He defines scope and deliverables for operation with the client and defines the annual operational plan and business strategy, driving innovation and success.
He is a Champion Service and Support in project and platform meetings – developing a strong understanding of project backlog impacting customer’s service area and ensuring service impact is minimised and agreed with the business.
