Head of Customer Success, SEA, Taiwan, Hong Kong & Korea Red Hat
John Brunkard leads the Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) team at Red Hat covering the APAC ‘Growth & Emerging Markets’ of South East Asia, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Korea . CEE is responsible for increasing the value customers and partners receive from their relationship with Red Hat. This team includes Customer Success, Technical Support, Escalation Management and Customer Service.
Red Hat CEE looks to challenge the standard industry definition of support with a strategic focus on innovation that better serves customers and delivers more customer value. The CEE organization focuses on delivering personalized, content-driven engagement initiatives, continued improvements to global support delivery, and proactive, automated subscription services while striving to increase customer engagement and improve the overall customer experience.
John is based in Singapore and has more than 25 years of experience in the information technology and support delivery fields within the APAC & Japan region. Prior to joining Red Hat, he held various customer support and leadership roles at Symantec, Blue Coat, Autodesk, Dell, Intel and Dialogic. John has certifications in CCXP, COPC and PMP.
