Kevin Rad

Kevin is the Director of Service Solutions at ECENTA, where he assists customers across the globe in their service transformation journey in the last two decades, as servitization becomes more and more a global trend in the digitised world. Prior to ECENTA, he has worked for SAP, Coresystems, Accenture and PwC. While working at Coresystems, he has been an advisor to more than 20 customers with their Field Service Management implementation. He has authored a number of articles on the design of decision supports systems.
