After graduating in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration, he has worked in several industries before joining Moba in 2009 as Director of Service & Projects. He was particularly drawn to Moba’s international character. His cross functional service organization is made up of international, customer-oriented people with the skills and experience required to meet their customers’ needs. In their area of expertise, it is all about people. In a world of increasing speed and demands, it is very important to stay close to their customers, to be their voice and to cooperate effectively with other disciplines within their organization. They have achieved a great deal over the years. They have established a professional Project Management team, expanded their Technical Training Centre and developed a more effective QA/QC process. They have also expanded their Field Service teams and technical back offices worldwide and improved their Spare Parts delivery performance. They have recently set up a Customer Care team which aims to provide proactive support to their customers with respect to optimizing operations and results. Their worldwide team strives for customer satisfaction and loyalty on a daily basis; their goal is to deliver the right service at the right time and at the right place. The challenge he and his team face is to provide continuous value and support for many years to come!
