Simon, has been working with Field Service Management solutions for most of his career. He is currently the APJ Sales lead for Field Servicer Management at ServiceNow . Customer Experience is the forefront of every interaction we have. Simon has been helping customers delight and exceed their customer experience for the past 20+ years. As a pioneer in the early days of CRM and having worked in and around the telecommunications industry and many others Simon has been intimately involved in the explosion of mobile technology and its impact on customer Experience. The Field Service Management domain has always been a passion of Simon’s and he has held management roles at both Salesforce and Oracle where he was responsible for the Sales and growth of their respective Field Service Management solutions. Very early in his career Simon even helped develop a Field Service solution for a global ICT company.
