Thorsten Wewers

As the CEO and co-founder of ECENTA, Thorsten has supervised hundreds of CRM implementations of global customers over the past 22 years. Before starting ECENTA, he worked at SAP, where he was responsible for workflow management in the CRM product. Since founding ECENTA, Thorsten has supported hundreds of global customers in their transformation journey in sales, marketing, commerce and service. He is the author of the book ‘MySAP CRM Interaction Centre’ published around Contact Centre solutions together with SAP.
